Blending the old with the new was the vision behind this challenging project.  The pool was already in place along with lush mature plantings that needed to be preserved.  A new kitchen renovation added another element to challenge of blending the old into the new .

Starting with the front, Surrounds used pavers to replace the old asphalt driveway.  The use of pavers gave the entry a much more refined look as your first impression of this property.  The existing aged brick walk to the front of the house was something worth preserving.  Installing new plantings correctly made this whole area more lush and inviting.

A new fence and gates provide the finishing touch needed for this rejuvenated front.

The plant life in the backyard was overgrown and dated.  Surrounds took what was old and turned it into a new beautiful outdoor living area.  We blended new flagstone pathways into the exiting patio and pool deck.  A grill area right off the new kitchen addition, and new stone retaining walls, and beautiful lush plantings combined to create a strong dialogue with the existing elements.  A new playhouse for the kids added a touch of charm to a new awe inspiring environment.
